1. Warranty and Guarantee

The warranty period for isinwheel products is as follows.
If the customer finds non-human-caused damage within the warranty period, we will send replacement parts free of charge.

After the warranty period, the customer is required to pay for replacement parts and shipping fees.All electric scooters, electric bikes, and kids’ scooters sold by eu-isinwheel.com are brand-new factory products, and all replacement parts provided are original or factory-standard parts.

In order to facilitate customers to quickly solve problems with accessories, all accessories purchased separately are sold at cost price; therefore, except for DOA (Dead on Arrival), accessories are not covered by warranty.

Please note:Second-hand products, refurbished products, and products that have been disassembled or modified without authorization are not covered by warranty.

Kids’ Scooter / Balance Bike – Warranty Period: 1 Year

One of the following conditions does NOT qualify for warranty:

1)Failure caused by not using, maintaining, or storing the product according to the Instruction Manual.
2)Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification, or use of non-original parts.
3)Failure caused by improper use, poor storage, overloading, overspeeding, exceeding weight limits, or accidents.
4)Repair costs incurred at third-party repair shops without prior consent.
5)Slight scratches, cosmetic damage, or packaging damage caused during logistics transportation are not warranted.
6)Please contact us and obtain written approval before returning any item. Products returned without authorization will not be refunded.
7)Consumable parts are not warranted, including but not limited to tires, inner tubes, saddles, plastic parts, brake systems, brake rotors, brake pads, brake lines, surface scratches, etc.
8)Accessories (including hoverboard go-karts) are not covered by warranty.
9)Warranty covers light rain and splashing through puddles only; long-term exposure to rain or water immersion is not covered.
10)Warranty does not include free product replacement.
11)For replacement products (refurbished or brand-new), the warranty continues for the remaining period of the original order and will not be reset or extended.


3. How to Apply for Warranty

Step 1: Take clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
Step 2: Send a short description of the problem, photos or videos, order number, and purchase platform to info@eu-isinwheel.com
Step 3: We will diagnose the issue and provide a solution if the problem can be identified.
Step 4: If the issue cannot be diagnosed initially, we will provide troubleshooting instructions. You will need to perform the checks and submit corresponding photos or videos.
Step 5: After verification, we will confirm your order information and delivery address and send the corresponding replacement parts.
